I called and Lindsay answered and asked me to send a picture of the critters causing the problem. I was hoping NOT termites as I have been using Atlantic Pest Control for years to avoid termites. Come to find out it was ants in my corner floor molding and I have a wood floor. I was hoping NOT carpenter ants as they are problematic. Dale Holmes came out the next day. he is such a kind and knowledgeable man and very professional and ALWAYS with a smile. I was thrilled to get my treatment and all seems well. I had a cave cricket problem and they solved it in a day. I never saw another (after months of them!) I decided to get an annual contract with them and have not been sorry. The tech (Mike) is helpful, responsive, and very thorough. I wish I had used them sooner! Very happy with this company. I haven’t seen a bug since they came to the house months ago.

I had called this company for an issue that I am having with my apartment that I am living in which has a rat infestation not only did they help navigate how to go about this issue but also the steps needed to be taken to solve this issue, my landlord did not want to fix The infestation problem, and had threatened to evict me if I went to the city There is a woman named Lindsey that works there that took time out of her day to look up And send me housing, code, violations, and what the Landlord can or cannot do for me reporting the problem she did this without me even having to ask her to do it, and I had spoken to a man who was also very helpful I definitely would recommend this company. This is an amazing company. I have not had the pleasure of working with them, but I have had the pleasure of speaking with them and them helping me with my problem and making sure that I knew that they were available to speak to if I hit any more roadblocks, this is an amazing business. I highly recommend them.

We had a mouse! Nothing crazy but we could not catch this little guy. We shopped around and landed on Atlantic Pest Control. Shawn is the man! He took care of the mouse and checked the house / plugged holes / laid traps to ensure we didn't have a problem. He then came back TWICE to double check. No extra charge. We had one other place come out because they could come earlier. They checked around and said, "Ya you have a lot of holes." He took pictures all around my house and said, "We recommend you pay monthly/yearly for quarterly check ups and service." He then explained a super thorough hole plugging job they would do. I said, "What have one mouse? We have never had a problem. No bugs. No signs of other problems. This seems overkill." The guy laughed and said, "Well this is what we offer." I said no and he left. Every other place I called was the same story. Trying to lock me into quarterly checks and selling me a major plug holes operation. Not one would come in just to get the mouse. Shawn not only came to get the mouse, he came back twice! No locked in program. This was a month ago and we have had no pest problems since. I will 1000% be calling Atlantic Pest Control in the future and telling everyone I know about them. Trustworthy and hard working. Don't get sold on a recurring payment you don't need to be making with the other guys.

This company is great! They installed the Sentricon system around the house and garage to protect from termites. They check it regularly to monitor activity and address any issues. If you have work done on your house or yard, they come by to ensure the system is in good order and relocate/reinstall any bait stations if needed. They also took care of a flea outbreak in the old garage caused by squirrels and woodchucks sheltering where they shouldn't be. The techs are very polite and knowledgeable about their products, safety, and life-cycles of any pest you might encounter. Reasonable prices and prompt service. Highly recommended!

I searched around for a company to provide quarterly pest control prevention and treatments after we moved to a Baltimore row home in 2021 and found Atlantic. They were one of the most affordable, and they were easy to get in touch with and schedule our first treatment. Shawn has been the primary technician that I’ve worked with and he’s always been friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was referred to them by John at Wildlife Control who helped me with my Snake problem at my home in lutherville. I had a friend who needed help with roaches in her kitchen and I called my trapper who to my surprise immediately said forget it I don't do bugs. He gave me Charlie's number at Atlantic Pest control and said they were really good at this. I couldn't be happier with the service they did for my friend who is disabled and I handle all her affairs for her. The technician was kind and very helpful and we really appreciated it.
